We encourage our patients to manage their care. So we offer affordable options for ALL ages.

New Patient Exam and Adjustment

$110

1st visit Exam and treatment with Dr. Chuck D.C. : Includes a neurological exam Orthopedic exam, checking of your reflexes, Moist heat and Flexion Distraction possibly E-stem and Several Chiropractic Adjustments. If a concern warrants, the doctor may want to do an ear nose and throat exam. The first visit should be no more than 45 minutes. 

Single follow up Visit

$80

Single Follow up Visit with Dr. Chuck D.C. : Moist heat and Flexion Distraction possibly E-stim and Several Chiropractic Adjustments. If a concern warrants, the doctor may want to do an ear nose and throat exam. Follow up visits should be no more than 20 minutes 

Under 18 or Over 65

$45

Kids and Seniors Follow up Visit with Dr. Chuck D.C., Initial visit cost $75. 

Extra's

Muscle Work

$80

If you would like JUST muscle work for 20 minutes. This includes Graston , Mio Facial Release or Muscle Scaping for 20 minutes.  

Therapeutic Ultrasound

$50

This helps reduce inflammation, swelling and pain caused  by sprains, tennis elbow, runners knee, arthritis and so much more. 

Mobile Fee

$60

Add this Fee on to any Service and the Doctor will come to you for treatment with in 15 Miles of Office. Additional Miles are $1 per Mile. 

Kinesio Tape Application

$28

Sports tape for support to aid in Muscle Movement. Helps with swelling and inflammation.

Dr. Chuck is an amazing Chiropractor and can adjust from Birth and up. We even recommend Pre Natal adjustments to help with Pregnancy pain.

Dr. Chuck uses the Diversified method and does all Hands ON adjusting.
